Featuring views of the lagoon, the rooms at Natra Bintan have a flat-screen TV. Some rooms include a seating area to relax in after a busy day. Certain rooms have an outdoor whirlpool or views of the garden. All rooms come with a private bathroom fitted with a standing shower. Staff were amazing. They did everything they could to help and they were naturally happy to help. The tent was comfortable. The bathroom was gorgeous. The staff were so hard working.

Breakfast was amazing, a huge variety of food and beverages, even French Toast and Pancakes, they also make fresh omelette by order.
The Hotel is directly at the sea and has a private beach also the pool is very nice.
I also liked the staff, which was very friendly and sweet, we also met the Chef and talked to him.
We liked the 2 restaurants, we ate in - Spice (Indian and Indonesian) and Kelong (Seafood).
We were there during the week (Sunday evening - Wednesday evening), off season and off school holiday, so there was not crowd, no people and a lot of peace.

Private pool was awesome; each villa has one and is of a good size. Villa was spacious; we took 2 premier suites and a deuxe studio for 11 pax. Each villa comes with its own private pool, and an amazing bathroom. The bedding in the bedrooms was soft and comfortable. Staff is attentive and communication is done via Whatsapp which makes it super convenient. The public beach is very near. Beautiful at sunset.

Great location, right next to the ferry terminal. Very attentive and friendly staff without hovering. Got early check in and late check out without asking. Great lagoon and room right next to it. Jacuzzi worked well and room facilities good. Unlimited towels, buggy rides. Spacious room ample for one king and two single beds for the kids.

The beach is being cleaned well and is beatiful the Spa is wonderful and good value It is super quiet and close to Nature. The service is great, the staff very friendly Perfect for relax and disconnect

Beautiful setting. Great for the children. Lovely pool, overlooking the sea. A great green space for children to run around. A very relaxing stay. The waves were quite strong for young children but good fun to jump/boogie board.

The beach area was very pretty and the sea from my beachfront room was exceptionally beautiful. From our room, I can see the beautiful ocean and the sea breeze is just wonderful. Nice to just seat outside the space in front of our beach room and relax.

Clean, spacious room and veneer flooring. The rooms were clean everyday. Sky lounge and aroma laut have great food and portions are just right. The hotel is near to KFC, provision shop, pharmacy and terminal. Everything is easy to access and walking distance.
