Firstly the staff were very welcoming. The room was very big and clean, and the hotel has lovely traditional decor around the lobby and hallways, yet a modern bedroom and bathroom. Location-wise the hotel is within walking distance to traditional warungs, plus the main area for evening street entertainment (live music, street markets). It is also only a 25-30 minute drive to the airport. A great stay we will be back!

While we are on our way to our next destination, the staff inform us that my husband jacket was left in the room. When we ask if they can ship it to our next destination, they're sending it right away after lunch time. When we told them that we want to send something for them, they politely refuse and said it's part of their service. Definitely will come back for sure
