We had a problem with the aircon in the room the first night but they sorted it out by the second day and we were very grateful they upgraded us.

CoCo Fun House Kemaman with Pool and Bathtub is a recently renovated holiday home in Kampong Gong Pauh, where guests can make the most of its outdoor swimming pool and barbecue facilities. Everything was perfect! We already booked this homestay again for an upcoming event in June 2025. The kids are looking forward to it too, can't wait! Don't hesitate to book, you're gonna love it ❤️

Stretched along 7.6 km of private beach, Resorts World Kijal is located in East Terengganu. It boasts a beautiful 18-hole golf course. It also has a large outdoor pool. The view was very superb and nice. The room is really comfortable, big and clean. The bath tub is good.

A szállásadó nem volt a helyszínen, amikor megérkeztünk. 20 perccel később felhívtuk a megadott telefonszámot. Azt az ígéretet kaptuk, hogy 5-10 percen belül jön valaki, aki átadja a kulcsokat. 20 perc után újra hívtuk a számot, elnézést kértek a várakoztatásért, valamilyen balesetre hivatkoztak a késés kapcsán. Mi jeleztük, hogy nem akarunk tovább várakozni és lemondjuk a szállást a Booking.com-on és kérjük, hogy hagyják jóvá a szállásköltség elengedését. Sajnos a lemondás után a szállásadó megtartotta a díjat úgy, hogy semmilyen szolgáltatást nem kaptunk. A mi hozzáállásunk teljesen korrekt volt, mivel a lemondás után a Booking.com ooldalán egy másik, közeli szállásra jelentkeztünk be és ott töltöttük az éjszakát. Egy dologban bízunk, hogy a Booking.com segít visszaszerezni a kicsalt pénzt a szállásadótól. Nagy csalódás lenne, ha nem győzne az igazság és a tisztességtelen szolgáltató megtarthatná a jogosulatlanul kicsalt pénzt.
