The best part is the staff! They were exceptional, super welcoming, and very kind. If this is the tone for Mcallen then this town is the friendiest in America! Such a good start to my trip. The extras like the complimentary breakfast and the evening kickoff were amazing. Staff was friendly and helpful. The balcony overlooking the Riverwalk was perfect.

Staff was lovely, due to flight cancellation could not check in on reserved day but after a few calls they transferred my booking to next day
