Excellent rooms with gym, sauna and steam room for guests. Comfortable beds and new interiors. Staff were accommodating, allowing us to check in earlier than standard and allocating us a room with view of the park. Bathroom was well designed and heated floors a nice touch. Also had blockout blinds. Great hotel if you’re planning on taking the train regionally.

Belvedere Palace
The Belvedere was once the summer home of Austrian royalty. Made up of two ornate Baroque palaces and a flawless garden, it now houses important works of art. The complex itself is a masterpiece, with Greek-style colonnades and window tympanums adorning the exterior. Inside, you’ll be amazed by the Rococo ceiling frescoes and grand, marble staircases.

Buy tickets online, and get there early if you want to see "The kiss". Anyone 19 or younger gets in free to upper and lower Belvedere (still need to get tickets). Online audio tours are not worth the 5 euros. Unless you love midevil art upper Belvedere is the way to go.

The building and gardens are stunning.
The building and gardens are stunning. Fantastic architecture and interior is stunning. Only had time for Upper Belvedere (can pay separately), loved the art especially the Schiele. Big Klimt collection. The cafe/ restaurant was good value and good quality. Wonderful sitting outside in the sunshine. We accessed via lower belvedere through the gardens, fabulous.

Allow lots of time to explore the Belvedere.
Allow lots of time to explore the Belvedere. The Upper Museum (in the palace) holds the Klimt paintings and other old masters. You can buy a ticket for both upper and lower museums but then split your visit.

The apartment is really spacious with natural light and a really big and comfortable bed. No noises from the train station nearby. Really close to most public transports.
Belvedere palace is 15-20 mins by foot. Several supermarkets and dinning places can be found in the area which was also a safe one to walk on night. The view is really awesome. The host offers good and clear check in and out instructions. It also has a parking lot available if needed.
The location was perfect as it provided a good walking distance to a major attraction (Belvedere Palace), stones away from the station and lots of food options within walking distance. Prime location! Also there was construction but the management kept it of sight and noise-free as much as they can; while all other facilities still working well.
It takes 15 minutes to get to the central area by D line, 2 stops to Belvedere Palace and you can also walk there in 10 minutes. It is very comfortable and close to the station, only 5 minutes walk. They let us leave our luggage until check-in in the morning, which was very convenient. The interior is very clean and the staff is friendly.
Cleanliness, good communication, close to tram or bus station, large rooms, family of 4 adults and 2 teenagers(6 people), 25 minutes to city centre, safe neighbourhood, approx 5 min to Belvedere Palace, all the supplies in the kitchen you need to cook or have some breakfast, heating perfect for winter time
Liked pretty much everything. A lots of public transport around. Quite close to Belvedere palace. Got the room facing inner yard, so no street noise. Breakfast very good compared to some other hotels in similar price range.
