GermanyThe hotel exceeded our expectations. For the price, we thought it would be functional and fine, but we did not expect such high standards. A really comfortable room with balconies, massive bathroom with a bath, a nice little bar with inexpensive drinks (for Switzerland) and super friendly staff. Everything was very, very clean and the whole place had that classic old school hotel vibe. As a bonus, we also got a great view of Lake Geneva.

Metro station driving to the center is in front of the hotel, perfect for sightseeing. We git free public transportation tickets. There is a public garage under the hotel and a big supermarket just next door. Room was simply decorated but spacious and clean. It was well heated and quite. The free shuttle transfer to main stations in the area is a plus which makes the hotel suitable also for businesses outside EPFL area. In addition, the possibility to choose the preferred type of pillow and have it delivered to the room is a wonderful cuddle. The restaurant Osteria 31 is also an added value to the hotel.
