The hotel had a large common area downstairs with a bar and light food options. We spent a lot of time there. The staff were all extremely friendly and helpful. The rooms were luxurious and spacious.

Great experience with this hotel, amazing staff; delicious breakfast (the egg boiler is very impressive and considerate); the room is a very good size; the shower room is also roomy; love the location as it’s very easy walking to the metro and old town and a lot of restaurants nearby as well as the grocery store; so it’s really great value for money.

Staff was great, very friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and offered comfort for our family. Bathroom was clean and showers were good. We don't have any specific complains and enjoyed our stay there. There are supermarkets close and a couple places to eat.

Overall the hotel is very clean, rooms are clean on arrival and beds are relatively comfortable. Bus stop is just up the road so getting around is very convenient. The hotel included a pass for public transport but only within certain zones which was helpful. Check in was quick and easy.
They only provided soap in the bathroom, no shampoo, cream, water or any of those essentials needed, which I think could definitely be included for the price you pay.
The cleaning service was very strange, they only tidied the part of the bed where you slept. If your pillows were scattered, it was left scattered. The do not disturb sign fell on the floor and it was just left. The whole bathroom was cleaned well except certain parts of the basin. They did change the sheets and exchanged towels.
Although the location was easy to navigate with convenient transportation, I struggled to find a coffee shop close by or a comfortable place to work.
It’s a nice clean place, just maybe a little overpriced for getting only the basics.
