The hotel had a large common area downstairs with a bar and light food options. We spent a lot of time there. The staff were all extremely friendly and helpful. The rooms were luxurious and spacious.

Overall it was fine. However, it’s unacceptable that staff member forgot to give me morning call. I asked reception to give me two morning calls, one at 6 am and one at 6:30 am. But I didn’t receive either one of them. I believe that morning call is not something too complicated, if you failed this task, how are guests supported to trust you?

It was a well located hotel, the beeakfast was good. Only the room which they gave us was not ready, then they offered us a upgrade room as a compensation but what a pitty this room was not ready as well. Moving through 3 rooms was not nice. The staff was well educated to solve the problem.
