Offered to take me on a tour of the hotel despite that I checked in well after midnight. He was kind and polite enough to check if I had settled well once I got to my room. I will certainly visit again

The location was excellent, being close to the train station and the Grancy Metro, which we used to go down to Ouchy a number of times, as it was so easy. We were able to leave our cases in the shop underneath the studio (while the shop was open) and they took them up for us when the room was ready. This was very helpful. Good communications with the hosts. The property is well located in Lausanne. We went by car, parked in the underground garage (discounted price) and used the free subway card to ride into the city. Subway station is underneath the parking (P+R Vennes), and in about 20' we were at Lausanne-Ouchy. Entrance to the Aquarium just opposite the hotel reception.
