ItalyDuring our trip in China we always experienced great hospitality, but the staff in Riverside Inn was particularly kind and ready with every request (we asked for takeaway breakfast on our last day 5 minutes before leaving and they arranged it in zero time, awesome). Also we were supposed to get a room without a view on the river, but since there was such a room available they upgraded ours to a room with view without any additional fee.

CanadaAuthentic decor, very clean, quiet room on the 4th floor, tea corner w lake view. The reception staff speaks perfect English, uncommon in China., even in 4 , 5 star hotels , at the airport, it is quite challenging to communicate.
Thank you to all staff for the wonderful service. A special thanks to Zhuge n another lady in cream Columbia jacket for all the help. We would come back n highly recommend this hotel.
