The staffs have been very helpful.
We booked a tour through them, and it was nicely arranged.
The room is clean and nice, and all are well provided for.

The location is near the lake and is very spacious. Had all amenities. The staff is very friendly and helpful, helped us to book La river cruise. Breakfast was normal and had very good view from the restaurant.

Amazing location, staff were so kind and welcoming. So helpful with advice, always ready with tea/coffee and orange juice whenever we appeared.
Let us check in early no problems. The room is comfortable, really nice view of the surrounding karsts.
The village the hotel is set in is really scenic and quaint. And easy to travel to Guilin from.

Amazing stay! Amazing views. Family run hotel. You can feel the love there. Friendly, warm and welcoming. They greet you with a smile and open the door when you arrive and wish you a good day when you leave. Breakfast is amazing. They helped organize our river cruise for a fraction of online costs and packed our breakfasts to go that morning as well. Would’ve loved to stay longer here. We will be back. Bonus: Laundry on site for free DIY or you can have it done for a small cost.
