The people working here really helped me whenever I had a question. Beijing can be a bit overwhelming, and they really made sure this place feels like some safe haven te return to so you can rest and come back at peace. The rooms are clean, the breakfast is good. I do recommend this place.

I was travelling on my own for the first time. The staff in the hotel from the time of booking to the end of my stay took great care of me. From ordering taxis, helping me when I got lost and in general, making sure that my every need was met. At breakfast there was a good variety of food to suit most people’s preferences, the room was comfortable and clean and the hotel is in a great location for experiencing a more authentic feel to visiting a big city like Beijing. A big thank you to all the staff for your care and kindness on a daily basis.
