The reception staff were very friendly to us no matter what request you need, they did their best to help you. They gave us upgraded room upon our check in time. They were patient and helpful! And also the administrative steward : Kemin Zhang who was very nice to us. She did checked with us what we need, and asked us hows the staying experience…. All are exceed our expectations!
