My stay at the InterContinental Beijing was fantastic!! Oscar and Brandon started off my stay with kindness and made the check-in very fast. I was so pleased with the room and the amenities that are included! Breakfast was incredible with lots of choices of fresh food. So much to do around the hotel with tons of restaurants and shopping!

Ting went above and beyond—even while on holiday—ensuring I got the room I needed, staying in touch through email, and reserving two rooms for me to choose from. Shelly was incredibly kind, showing me around and even helping with my trolley. The concierge (whose name I unfortunately forgot) and the entire hotel team were extremely helpful, and the room service was absolutely fabulous. Truly top-tier service all around
