A Truly Unforgettable Stay – The Best Hotel Experience I’ve Ever Had This has by far been the best hotel I’ve ever stayed in. From the moment we booked, the service was exceptional. Sheikh, who reached out to us prior to our arrival, was incredibly approachable and full of knowledge about Cartagena. He offered amazing recommendations and truly made us feel welcome. We were celebrating our honeymoon, and he went above and beyond to help me arrange a surprise for my wife — flowers beautifully placed along the entryway, candles leading to the bed, and a romantic setup with chocolates that left us speechless. It was thoughtful and absolutely memorable. The hotel staff were outstanding — kind, attentive, and always one step ahead. Our room was cleaned more than once daily, and we were constantly provided with complimentary snacks, fresh fruits, and bottled water. It felt like true luxury. The hotel itself is stunning — aesthetically pleasing, with a boutique vibe that feels elegant and classy. Every detail in the decor added to the experience.
