Very clean , staff is very knowledgeable and helpful, great experience overall

The staff at the room cleaning and restaurant were amazing, but the ones at the desk all the time asked for city tax for each person for each night.

It location is very strategic, only a 2 minute walk from a bus station, and a 10 min walk to the old town center, and it has multiple cafes and restaurants around it, without being too busy or noisy

A decent hotel. I think the best choice for a stay in Prague for a middle-aged couple 😄 Multiple advantages, from the free parking space, the excellent location, close to all the points of interest in the city and last but not least, excellent service. By far the best reception ever, friendly staff and clear instructions for first-time tourists in the city. Clean, spacious, warm rooms and with a little surprise upon arrival (no spoilers, you'll have to see). I recommend 100% and thank you once again for everything you offer. Yes, we will be back.

This was by far the most hospitable experience I've had at a hotel. Upon our arrival we were greeted with a glass of wine/beer, and once settled, our very knowledgeable hostess had us sit down with her to plan our itinerary. Victoria's recommendations regarding tours, concerts, restaurants, etc., were so incredibly helpful! She then made reservations for all our events/dinners, and then provided us with a printed itinerary complete with tickets for our selected events. The hotel also made their drivers available to transport us around the city at no charge. In addition to the incredible hospitality, the breakfast was amazing with the best scrambled eggs ever in addition to omelets made to order, fresh fruit, bacon and sausage, and homemade baked goods that were made fresh every day. Oh and our beds were very comfy and the heating and air-conditioning worked perfectly. The location was also perfect, in that we were only a 5-minute walk from the Old City Square. I would never consider staying anywhere else in Prague - loved every minute of our stay! Thank you so much, Residence Agnes staff, for making our stay exceptional!

Excellent location right in the middle of old town, still walkable to the train and bus stations. Extremely kind and hospitable staff. Included a welcome prosecco on the rooftop patio bar with wonderful view!
