Great location, close to the U-bahn, bus. Shopping close by. The staff is super friendly and very responsive to our queries. The room is small, however we only went to sleep there so, good enough for us. Impressive way of unlocking the doors;-).

Rooms are themed to Berlin's edgy past and tastefully decorated. Bed nice but not great, although pillows exceptionally fluffy. Showers are like waterfalls! Service in the adjoining restaurant was 10/10 - breakfast absolutely fantastic, with a choice between different combination platters, all sizeable and very well composed.
