We loved the location and the staff. When we arrived, the lady at the front desk spent about 1/2 and hour talking to us about her city, Hygge and gave dinner options which we loved. Great location and thankfully for the luggage room and elevator.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Fun decor. Very good breakfast. Reachable by train from the airport (staff provided excellent instructions). Junior suite (our room) was spacious and had comfortable bed and very spacious, upgraded bathroom. Quiet, even though the hotel is located in a bustling area. Windows open for fresh air, if desired. Nicely decorated and comfortable main floor with wine happy hour.

The room was immaculately clean and very comfortable. The location is perfect, quiet area, 10 min walk to Nyhavn. We had to leave very early in the morning. At check out there was Mario (the concierge) who was extremely helpful and very friendly. He made my day! Thank you Mario, you are amazing!
