The hotel is in a fantastic location, within walking distance for most sightseeing activities. The metro station (to and from the airport is a 5 minute walk) and the main shopping street is just over the road from the metro stop. Breakfast was good, a reasonable choice of cereals, grains yogurts etc. as well as various types of bread, ham cheese and fruit. Hot boiled eggs was a nice touch. I would recommend this hotel, the staff were extremely helpful and whilst Copenhagen is very expensive, I believe we couldn't have found better for value, location and comfort.

We went between Christmas and New Year. The Christmas market was still there and it was amazing. It was the first time my husband and son were in Copenhagen and they love it just as much as i do. We're definitely going back!

Full of children and fun, this is the centre of Copenhagen and you should not miss it. They manage to keep the children happy with the rollercosters and the more mature with the gardens. They have managed to have a bit of everything for everyone.
The Saturday night light show was ok, maybe not for me however the live concert and singing was fantastic and kept the crowd on their feet. The night ended with fireworks and impressive.
Was not my intention to visit however glad I did.

There are a number of entrances to Tivoli so don't worry if 1 seems packed. We were there for Christmas and so the decorations were excellent. Sometimes it is difficult to get places to eat, so if you are looking to eat lunchtimes or evenings, it may be better to book.
Biggest Tip, play Gallopen it is the best and great fun. Sanitise your hands afterwards though , you will see why.

Excellent location for a short break. Chosen originally for price, It was very good choice, I would stay here again. Tivoli gardens just a short walk away.
The breakfast was good and a reasonable selection was on offer. The room was comfortable and clean. Excellent location within 100mtrs of the main railway station, also very close to Tivoli Gardens. There are plenty of restaurants close-by. The staff were very attentive and helpfull.
Location, location, very central to get to know the sites walking and very close to Tivoli Gardens and central train station and the main shopping street, as well.
Happy hours with drinks and music at the hotel lounge!
Very healthy and delicious products for a very tasty breakfast!
This hotel is in an excellent location close to the station and Tivoli Gardens, which unfortunately were shut in March. There is a beautiful small park to the north and it has a pretty little cafe in it too. The hotel reception staff were very helpful and made everything easy. We had a wonderful view from our balcony. Breakfast was excellent with a lot of variety. Very good value in an expensive city. Staff in the dining room were also kind and helpful.
Comfortable room with pretty good view. Very helpful and friendly staff both at reception and restaurant.
Within 10 min walk to the Copenhagen Central Station, Tivoli Gardens (seasonal closed whole I visited), The Royal Library.
The hotel is very conveniently located. Not too close the the centre of Copenhagen, which can be very noisy, but a 10 minute walk from the city hall and Tivoli gardens. Really good location. It is a contemporary hotel, and it has a nice quiet but fresh vibe. Not lavish, but paired back contemporary living
The hotel is fantastic, it’s clean, modern, the staff are extremely friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble, unlimited tea and coffee free was a nice bonus, great food, right near the central station and tivoli gardens, would definitely stay again !! :)
Lovely hotel in a great location - close to Tivoli Gardens, the railway station and a 15 min walk to Nyhavn. The staff were extremely helpful and accommodating. The room was lovely and had good quality fixtures.
1. We were in the hotel’s top-floor room, which offered a beautiful view of Copenhagen.
2. When arriving, we noticed a note on the mirror welcoming us in the hotel which I though was very nice.
3. The bed was quite soft to sleep on.
4. The location of the hotel was amazing, right next to the main train station, Tivoli gardens, metro stop and only around 20 min walk to city center.
5. The personel was really helpful when arriving as we got a lot of tips what to see, visit, where to eat which we appreciated.

Tivoli Gardens is a place to spend even a whole day.
Tivoli Gardens is a place to spend even a whole day. If you want to avoid the crowds, go in in the afternoon, at least 2-3 hours before the start of the concert. The public transport is very reliable (if you get directions from google maps, even the schedule is perfectly held), however it is best to walk around the city (the major attractions are relatively near to each other, you see everything by foot for 3 days by walking around 7-8 km daily).
