Roberto was exceptional. He saw to it that we did not lack anything. His advise his assistance with the luggages and all the extras he assisted us with. Best shower facilities I have experienced away from home

Located in the centre of Madrid, the stylish Catalonia Plaza Mayor is at 600m from the Plaza Mayor and within 10 minutes’ walk of the Prado and Thyssen-Bornemisza Museums.

The location was perfect, close to the Madrid Atocha. Room was clean and nicely appointed but it could provide more toiletries for the price it asks.

Set in a beautiful 18th-century building, Catalonia Las Cortes offers air-conditioned rooms and free WiFi. It is located in Madrid City Centre, 10 minutes' walk from El Prado Museum.

From the very first moments, we were delighted by the hotel – we received a complimentary upgrade to a suite. The room was stunning, with high ceilings and beautiful parquet floors that truly deserve special praise. It’s rare to find a hotel where the needs and habits of guests are so thoughtfully considered: large and comfortable tea cups, a kettle, a coffee machine, cozy pillows, high-quality linens, excellent toiletries, and – most importantly for women – a good hairdryer. In fact, there were two hairdryers. I don’t know if every room has a proper home-style hairdryer, but ours did. Housekeeping was great. Breakfasts were classic European style. The location is an absolute gem: turn right and you’re in the heart of the luxury shopping district; turn left and you’re on the city’s main square and Gran Vía. Everything was within walking distance, which made exploring incredibly convenient. We are truly grateful to the entire staff for their care and warm hospitality.
