From the very first moments, we were delighted by the hotel – we received a complimentary upgrade to a suite. The room was stunning, with high ceilings and beautiful parquet floors that truly deserve special praise.
It’s rare to find a hotel where the needs and habits of guests are so thoughtfully considered: large and comfortable tea cups, a kettle, a coffee machine, cozy pillows, high-quality linens, excellent toiletries, and – most importantly for women – a good hairdryer. In fact, there were two hairdryers. I don’t know if every room has a proper home-style hairdryer, but ours did.
Housekeeping was great. Breakfasts were classic European style.
The location is an absolute gem: turn right and you’re in the heart of the luxury shopping district; turn left and you’re on the city’s main square and Gran Vía. Everything was within walking distance, which made exploring incredibly convenient.
We are truly grateful to the entire staff for their care and warm hospitality.
