Great reception staff, restaurant evening staff typical french, think they are above you even though you're the customer. Reception staff brilliant. Young man on bar brilliant. Breakfast very poor very cold scrambled eggs and bacon at 7am on a Sunday.

    Very cozy quiet hôtel closed to hôtel de ville, les Halles, and many more such restaurants, cafés, bars,créperie with easy access to transportation. Excellent service by the manager who accomodates perfectly our stay. I highly recommend l’ Hôtel Richelieu.

    I told my kids it could easily be the Gotham City cathedral;...

    I told my kids it could easily be the Gotham City cathedral; a huge brutal concrete edifice that dominates the skyline. It kept drawing me back for another view. We were able to go inside, although a funeral service was taking place, so our visit was curtailed. What we did see was a monumental, unique interior. Absolutely a must see building.
