Lots to like about this hotel but having a room with a connecting door to the next room we could hear absolutely everything that went on in that room. The guest wasn’t particularly noisy but we could hear the shower running, her moving things around etc. Not sure what her schedule was but she was up at 4:15am taking a shower, ordering room service and chatting to the guy who delivered it. Sound insulation in the rooms with a connecting door is very poor. Having such a bad night sleep took the shine off all the other positive aspects of this hotel. When we checked out nobody asked how our stay had been.

Left something with sentimental value in the room, (a child’s comfort blanket) tried multiple times to contact the Hotel by calling reception and Emailing about it - After 10 days I have given up and had no reply either way. Don’t expect any level of customer service in this hotel.
