Situated in the West End of London, just a few minutes walk to Covent Garden Piazza and Charing Cross station, the hotel features air-conditioned rooms with free WiFi.

Excellent location, just off the Strand & Covent Garden, quiet room in which they had placed 3 single beds as requested for me & my 2 friends. Compact kitchen, lovely bathroom & very comfortable. We all slept very well & the blinds were fantastic & didn’t let any light in! Very accommodating, friendly staff. A short stay but very pleasant. Very helpful & had recommendations for shows, restaurants etc too.

My room was clean and the bed comfortable. I liked having access to laundry facilities. That was very important to me, as was the kitchen.

Very good location for travelers and close to Waterloo, lovely surroundings. Clean and tidy rooms, kichen and bathroom. Very friendly receptionist with a positive attitude. You can leave your luggage at the reception which makes things easier. I'll definitely back some time and I recommend this hostel to stay here. Good value for money too.

Great location, so easy to get to the sights & great transport links with Waterloo. Also a great area for food, plenty of good options for breakfast, lunch & dinner nearby. I also enjoyed the breakfast at the hotel one morning. The staff were all so friendly and happily helped us to flag down our taxis. Rooms were a good size and comfortable as well.

The hotel was clean, comfortable and very classy. Staff on reception were attentive and professional. Glass of cava on arrival was an added bonus! Room was lovely; clean, spacious and mini bar was good. Loved the location, around 10 minute walk to Waterloo station and Lower Marsh street.

Excellent location; Lower Marsh is a pedestrian-prioritised street with little motor traffic. It is a vibrant area with interesting places to eat or drink and close to Waterloo station. There is a little noise form trains or underground; but it is very hard to find somewhere to stay in the middle of London that is completely quiet.

Ideal location for the purpose of my trip. Situated directly across from Waterloo Station and a 5 minute walk from London Festival Concert Hall. Room was very small with the bed overlapping access to the shower room. No information in the room, to let you know meal times, etc Bonus was an amazing breakfast and unexpected discount of 15% on all other food and drinks purchased on site, by showing the room card. Room was clean and fresh. Book in at the bar in the pub and access room through secure door from the pub.

You must remember that since the Norman invasion of 1066, this has been the seat of common law for any country that broke away from England. And the architecture takes you back to another time. We also had the pleasure of being there within a very celebratory week--both the 200 year anniversary of Waterloo and the 800th anniversary of the sealing of Magna Carta.

We stayed here because it wasn't too far from Waterloo as we had tickets to see Streetcar Named Desire. The play was brilliant as the shows always seem to be.
