Hotel is well located, but since all the windows face a big road, it is extremely noisy. The interior design is amazing, worth visiting this hotel. The room is fine, everything for comfortable stay. However, there is no safe to put valuables and the shower is awful, without any door, water is all over the floor. Breakfast is decent, but nothing spectacular, the staff is a bit slow in replenishing dishes.

    Freedom Square and entire Tbilisi is full of thieves. I’ was on a visit with my family in this beautiful country, Georgia. After our early dinner in Tbilisi, me, my wife and my 8 year old son were walking on Shota Rustavali Ave street outside Galleria Mall. All of sudden, out of nowhere, I was attacked by the group of 10-15 kids (around 12-16 years old). They all tried to grab my wallet, mobile, and my personal belongings. Not a single person walking on the street intervened😡 I tried to push them back, but they all were coming in the group. Finally after 2-3 minutes drama, one kid took my hand glove thinking that they took my wallet and they all ran away. Later, one lady from that group followed us till freedom square. Real story starts now, at the freedom square, I approached police who were sitting in their car. As soon as the lady saw that, she disappeared. Surprisingly, police told me that they can not take the action as they were some other duty and advised me to go to the police station. Police also told me to react in a polite way with those kids if they try to do this again and request them not to do so😂😂😂 I must say that the street is not at all safe for Asian and Arabs. Very disappointing and disturbing experience. We will never visit this place again.

    The hotel is in a great location (grocery store near by) and not too far from various cafe's and the main tourist area (Freedom Square etc(. The staff was absolutely amazing, they were super helpful and understanding. Big shoutout to Nino for being an amazing host. The rooms were super nice and clean. The balcony was amazing to just relax in and everything was just quaint.

    The location was perfect strategic between freedom square only 10 min walking and very close to the clock tower 2 min on the right from there you can walk till where there are all restaurants and bar and also abantu bani aerea, in 15 min by walk. The most kind and gentle staff, they fulfilled any requests we made m. Clean hotel and rooms, good breakfast. The rooms are quite comfortable and regular size . Perfect for two people spend time to visit tiblisi for some days

    The hotel location is fantastic. Right on Freedom Square, near Rustaveli Avenue, close to Galeria Mall, restaurants and bars. The staff was great. Special thanks to Saba at reception. Breakfast was served in an individual tray, with great presentation and variety of food (warm bakery, fresh fruits, juice, eggs). The room was nice, with a very comfortable bed and good sound proofing.
