breakfast buffet was great! lots of offerings. We used the hotel airport car service. When we arrived at the airport, two hotel employees met our car and escorted us and our luggage to check in. They stayed with us until we got to security. Never had such great service.

The hotel is relatively small but very clean and tidy. My room was big comparing to some I stay before this trip and it was clean and neat. Location is excellent, hotel is in the heart of Kowloon, plenty of restaurants and shopping venues. Transportation is very convenient, with MTR and bus stops close by.

    I am no big fan of horse racing but this has to easily be...

    I am no big fan of horse racing but this has to easily be the most spectacular race course and event in the world. The atmosphere is second to none it feels like a party and you can just enter with shorts an t-shirt super easy going. And then the surroundings of high rise buildings and the race course in the middle makes it unique. One of the best fun places in Hong Kong and anywhere you go.

    Front desk personnel were efficient and cordial and delivered exceptional service. Requested view of the Happy Valley Racecourse was great. Hotel is away from the noisy crowd but the shuttle service makes it very convenient for shopping, etc. Hotel staff were very helpful and accommodating.
