For a small room, it was very well designed and functional. The room had enough power outlets, separated toilet and shower areas, a dedicated filtered water tap, and so much more. The staff were efficient and helpful.

Opened in 1928, The Peninsula Hong Kong offers 5-star service and old world charm on the edge of Victoria Harbour in Tsim Sha Tsui.

We loved staying here. Food was exceptional, staff were attentive. The pool had a great view overlooking the harbour. Dislikes, not much. The water temperature in the jacuzzi was too cold.

    The hotel is smart, with good facilities, comfortable rooms, great breakfast buffet and a convenient and safe location. The one thing preventing it from getting 10/10 is some of the fittings are showing their age

    Flawless. My friend recommended I stay in Sheung Wan which brought me to the Jervois. The one bedroom suite is generously sized - more like an apartment than a hotel room. I loved the area. It felt quite local and is full of fantastic coffee shops and restaurants. The laundry facilities were an added bonus and much needed when you've been on the road for a while. The staff were friendly and helpful.

    The staff were amazing and the concierge’s and complimentary bus service driver were amazing ! The young apprentice concierge was brilliant! And needs rewards ! He was the one without glasses and loaded our cases and looked after us so well ! We can’t remember his name but will find out as he was great !

  • Very helpful, even though they rush about like New Yorkers...

    Very helpful, even though they rush about like New Yorkers they will stop and try to help with directions. Except for one man every one tried to be helpful even if they knew no English. And in fairness to the one man, he was an older gentleman and I think he was just embarrassed because he did not understand us so he quickly motioned us away.
