Absolutely nightmarish check in with Swarangi and Ratan ..: bad mistakes in in room dining and clearance, ridiculous valet David and watchman Dharmen snatching away tip I tried to give bell boy totally shameless. Malvina noted the complaints and promised to write to me over Whtsapp so that next stay can be better but didn’t do that either. Only concierge good. Can’t even compare the staff with two star hotels in tier 3 cities. Second such experience since last year July. Compare with trident BKC and oberoi Naman point.,. Is like 1/10 . Utter rubbish staff.

Nestled amidst 12 acres of sprawling greenery, Grand Hyatt Mumbai is situated in the heart of the city.

The staffs were extremely helpful at the hotel, I have originally checked out of the hotel a couple of days ago after my business trip and left my suitcases with bell service at the hotel while I went on holiday at different cities, I returned back to Mumbai at 8:30am and my flight home was scheduled at 1:30am that evening, therefore I booked a room to stay during the day. I checked into the hotel at 9am, was told room was most likely unavailable till the official check in time at 3:00pm. So I went out to do more sight seeing during the morning and was back in the hotel by 1:30pm. I was greeted by bell service staffs at the front door to let me know not only a room has already been arranged, my luggages have also been moved into the room already so that I can start repacking for my international trip!

Speacily akhilesh from afternoon staff wrist person I even seen ,he is manipulating staff and not giving better service to us according to ur fulfilment,maybe if ur giving bribe toh dat person so he is giving u better room with floor, this not mine complaint this 3/4 person same thing telling.pls take strict action against him ,my check in staff name is shitala she knows everything abt him.i requested to trident management take strictly action against This guy.,otherwise no one can stay in ur hotel
