Friendly staff that went out of their way to make this a great visit. Great location. Rooms were well kept. Good restaurant and had live entertainment one night. Helped with rides from and to the airport and a guided tour.

Built in 1920, this architectural marvel, Ratan Vilas, Jodhpur offers an outdoor swimming pool and a restaurant that serves Indian and continental specialties.

I had a wonderful stay recently at Ratan Villas, where I spent 2 nights and found every part of my stay to far exceed my expectations. Communication with the hotel was always prompt and professional. Prior to my arrival, they were great about setting up airport pickup and even a car/driver for my trip down to Udaipur. Upon arriving, I found the hotel to be a feast for the eyes, with lovely gardens, bougainvillea and patios and a beautifully maintained rambling palace painted in earth tones of reds and yellows. Completely authentic and atmospheric, two of the things I most love to find when travelling, and without crowds. The staff, every one I came across, were simply wonderful, charming, polite, with lots of smiles. The room was large, well apportioned and designed, comfortable bed and a great modern bathroom. The pool setting is lovely and very inviting on these hot days, or after hours of touring in town. Mealtime was a delight as well, with delicious cuisine served outside on the patio (you have the option of a lovely dining room) for breakfast and dinner. The breakfast buffet was spot on, from hot/cold options to Indian/western. Location: I think this is the true selling point. Jodhpur, meaning the city center (Sadar Bazar, Mehrengarh Fort, etc) is beautiful but it is chaotic with a capital C. I was beyond thrilled that after touring around I could retreat to this quiet, peaceful, oasis to re charge. It's my stay at Ratan Villas that left me with such wonderful memories of Jodhpur.

Built between 1928 and 1943, this grand yellow sandstone palace spreads over 26 acres of gardens, making it one of the largest private residences in the world.

This is by far the best hotel we stayed in Rajasthan. Service is phenomenal, the Palace is stunning in its architecture and outstanding design. All together an AMAZING stay.

Housed in the eighty year old residence of Thakur Ratan Singh, Devi Bhawan - A Heritage Hotel features an outdoor swimming pool and offers rooms with beautiful views of lush greeneries.

Our stay at Devi Bhawan in Jodhpur was a peaceful retreat. Surrounded by lush gardens, this heritage property felt like home. The spacious, impeccably clean rooms blended modern comfort with traditional charm. The highlight was the exceptional service—warm, attentive staff who went above and beyond. It was a pleasure meeting Harsh as well. The on-site restaurant served delicious, reasonably priced meals, with breakfast being one of the best of our trip. Perfectly located for both tranquility and access to the old town, Devi Bhawan is a hidden gem we’d highly recommend. Romesh & Dhanushka Sri Lanka

    I would give them a 5 except for the fact they need a more robust wifi system Their provider is not doing a good job. We had trouble getting WiFi in our room though it was very good in the lobby and restaurant Very good service helpful . I would definitely stay here again

    The staff was super friendly. They checked me in at 9 am complimentary, which was absolutely amazing after a long journey by train. The room was comfortable and clean, with charming pieces of wooden furniture. The Wi-Fi was strong and stable. It's only a 10-minute walk from the hotel to Mehrangarh Fort and Jaswant Thada. I loved it!

    I was able to walk to Jaswant Thada, Mehrangarh Fort, and the clock tower. The haveli has an open courtyard with a rooftop terrace with great views. The room and bed were a good size. There was plenty of hot water in the shower. Bottles of water, shampoo, and shower gel were provided. It is a family home so you feel like it's a home away from home. You had your choice of Indian or Continental breakfasts. Both were excellent.

    The vibe of the place is very heritage. Good use of space and the rooftop has amazing view of the Mehrangarh fort, jaswant thada and the new palace. Mr. Vasu is the care taker and he is very helpful. Also he let us know amazing food points nearby for local cuisine.

    Our guest house is at very good place we are at perfect location we have view from here. mehrangarh fort, jaswant thada,umaid bhawan palace, clock tower, blue city, and sunset point all our rooftop restaurants in and to see all these we have some You can go by walk in 5 to 10 minutes and the food here is very tasty makes the owner here and we liked it very much here the view from the rooftop is very good and the owner here is very helpful to us .

    King's retreat is an awesome place with a very mesmerising view of Mehrangarh fort, clock tower, umaid bhawan and Jaswant thada. The beauty of the view multiplies during night once the fort lights up. The staff and the owner are really polite. P.S: Do have their woodfire pizza ;)

    Very clean and nice hotel with a friendly staff. Clean and modern bathroom and spacious room. The location is pretty good as it’s close to the clock tower, around the corner from Stepswell, and a 15/20 min walk to Jaswant Thada and Mehrangarh Fort. Dinner at the roof-top restaurant was good and views are very nice.
