Everything about the hotel the staff were brilliant

Roman Forum

More palace than museum, El Prado is a true cultural treasure trove. Its hallowed halls hold one of the world’s finest collections of European art, from the fantastical figures of Bosch’s Garden of Earthly Delights to the dark, twisted beauty of Goya’s legendary Black Paintings. It needn’t cost the Earth either – in the evenings entrance is usually free.

get the ticket from the coopculture.it who manage the whole site and the Colosseum. The total experience ticket is cheaper than a lot of the tickets offered by other companies and gets you access to areas that others don't including the stunning house of Olivia.

The property was really lovely. Very centrally located, within touching distance of the Colosseum and Roman Forum. Quite quiet given its on a busy street, you can hear a bit of noise which is to be expected - but we were pleasantly surprised at just how quiet the rooms were. Bed was very comfy, and nice bathroom (the shower was a little small but was still pretty good)! The breakfast was also a lovely touch - the croissants were delicious!

Property was located in excellent position, 5 mins from Roma Termini Rail station. 10-15 min walk to Colosseum, Roman Forum and Palatine Hill. 25 min walk to Pantheon, Trevi Fountain. Great selection of bars and restaurants nearby on Via Castore road. Hotel itself was very clean, room was good size, with great bathroom and shower. Fantastic selection for breakfast. Staff super friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay again.

the hotel is located in a great place, right next to the Colosseo and the Roman Forum. Thanks to this we visited the entire historical center of Rome on foot. There are many bars and restaurants nearby. The hotel itself is clean and pleasant, tea and coffee and small snacks are available. The host is very friendly and helpful, he gave us advice on places worth visiting and transport to the airport

Buy the ticket for Colloseum at the enterence to Forum Romanum and Palatin, you will avoid giant line (3 attractions cost altogether 12 euro)! FAst track ticket for the VAtican Museum is also good idea (we did it), you can buy at the enterence to the St. Peter's Basilic. It is quite expensive, but it helps you to avoid huge line and to see both attractions during one day.
