The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. They helped build a great atmosphere. I received a great deal of information on WhatsApp about the access to the hotel and the area of Naples. Brilliant. Anna and Elinora were exceptional. The room was big and airy with a great wet room type shower. A comfortable bed. TV on wall for relaxing with upto date features. Would definitely recommend

Great location in a safe neighborhood. Clean, well-equipped rooms. The staff surprised us with an upgrade to a better room. Exceptionally friendly and helpful team, and the breakfast was delicious. Highly recommended!

The hosts were exceptionally helpful!!Every single resteraunt recommendation was 10/10. Location was BRILLIANT from here we explored Naples, Amalfi Coast, Capri so easily using public transport due to proximity to metro station. The mattress was super comfortable which was a godsend after a long day sightseeing. Lovely shops and resteraunts nearby.
