Booked this hotel for my sisters 40th birthday.
The booking was easy and communication was clear all throughout.
The check in process was easy and the rooms were lovely. The hotel is big and spacious.
I previously emailed and requested to have rooms close together and that was done.
The breakfast was lovely with a good selection. No fried eggs but I requested that on all 3 days and the chef was happy to make me fresh fried eggs.
The spa was amazing with a sauna and steam room. The indoor pool is a jacuzzi salt water which was very relaxing.
My sister received a cute birthday gesture/surprise on her birthday.
We utilised the "skip room clean" and received €10
The hotel is 20 from city centre but the bus stops are within a 5 min walk.
The hotel was very accommodating and the staff could not do enough.
Would definitely return

This hotel offers an impressive experience. The property is exceptionally clean and meticulously maintained throughout. The staff are helpful and friendly, and the location is truly excellent. A particular highlight is the rooftop with its amazing views, and the beautiful garden provides a delightful setting for drinks or a meal.
My only minor point is that my room was situated in a separate structure, making the walk back to the lobby slightly inconvenient.
