The upgraded room on top floor was very spacious and private. Mini bar free, fresh free coffee and cakes in afternoon.

The hotel rooms were clean and the breakfast was amazing the staff were nice and friendly very helpful

Overall a beautiful modern hotel that's well located. Only let down was the climate control. Location is perfect. A couple of minutes walk to the Spanish steps and Trevor fountain. It's a 45 minute walk to the Vatican and maybe 35 to the Colleseum. The metro is also close by and you can tap with a contactless credit card to pay. We used the fast train from the airport to go to Termini and then 2 stops on the metro to the hotel. The hotel was really modern (unusual for Rome) and clean. The beds were comfortable and shower was great. The staff were also very helpful giving us lots of recommendations of where to eat they were more authentic. One point to note, there is a lift that takes you up to all the floors but it's small and you have to manually close the doors. If you don't like heights this might be a struggle. The reception was also a little hard to find, it's not in the same building as the hotel rooms and it's not sign posted well (we ended up wandering around the hotel rooms trying to find it but it's actually in the building next door). We didn't have breakfast so can't comment on that.
