Beautiful boutique hotel however big issue was the mosquitoes. Hotel staff helped with a plug in, but all four of us covered in bug bites after staying here 3 nights. Sleep was difficult as I kept waking up to swat mosquitoes.

Rialto Bridge
This ridge outside Agrigento is an archaeological treasure trove and one of the world’s most well-preserved collections of Ancient Greek architecture. In one area, you can wander between the stunning Temple of Concordia—built in the 5th century BC—the ancient Temple of Vulcan, and the Temple of Olympian Zeus that was sacked by the Carthaginians in 406 BC.

We always go to Venice off season but even so people tend to congregate around the Rialto....there is so much more to Venice than this tourist draw. Never stay in the area, don't eat in the area and hit all the back streets to discover the magic of this city.

Always crowded, so we just stood to the side and watched. Watched the boats, the people, the hussle and bussle. We were in awe over so many things. Saw a gal dressed like a young version of Cruella De Vil last time and her look was amazing!

It is a charming place, too many people everytime but it is nice to be there, experience the place and enjoy the view. It is also a must to go on the Vaporetto and see the bridge from the Grand canal.

It was very crowded in the off season.
It was very crowded in the off season. I can't even imagine the crowds in the high season. The main canal under the Rialto Bridge is the highway with all goods and services moving through. It isn't the serene paintings that you typically see. Rather it is highly skilled captains and gondoliers that are narrowly passing one another.

No accessible way for handicap people to cross the bridge to get to the other side. Only 4 bridges in the entire place are accessible. I had a very difficult time getting across with my walker. Imagine a person in a wheelchair bound that cannot walk. Also the streets are little blocks that are dangerous when you walk. That's the way things roll in Venice by boat and by walking.

Stay away during crowded hours, and keep an eye out for pickpockets. But be sure to see it, but go early in the morning or in the evening -- it's a centrally important feature to the history and culture of this great city.

For a family of five I can’t imagine a better place. The apartment was spacious, clean, and beautiful. The building is right on one of the canals and located near the Rialto bridge but just far enough to be quiet in the evenings. A water taxi picked us up at the hotel for a transfer to the train station and the staff were so helpful and accommodating.
Venice is a small city, but the apartment is located pretty close to San Marco plaza and is easy to carry luggage to/from Rialto bridge water bus station. Sabrina gave us easy to access instructions to access the apartment. The hidden bathroom was very unique in a good way :)
The rooms are spacious and clean, with a very comfortable bed. The kitchen is well-equipped, and the design is impressive and royal. The apartment’s location is excellent, right in the heart of Venice, close to the Rialto Bridge and its Vaporetto stations. Additionally, there is a supermarket nearby, as well as shops and cafés.
I liked the centrally located hotel with an elevator. Most old Venice hotels don't have them. I have bad knees, so elevators are great. The room was comfortable, with a mini bar and a view of a quiet street with a bridge over a canal. It was only a 10 minute walk to either San Marco square or Rialto Bridge. Breakfast was included.
Great location—the boutique hotel is situated in a large square, just a 10-minute walk from Rialto Bridge and Venice’s famous shopping street. Nearby, a small laundromat is convenient for long trips. The furniture and facilities are modern and well-maintained. I especially loved the fresh fruit and vegetable vendor in front of the hotel—strawberries are amazing!
Communication with the staff were fast and they were responsive to my messages. The hotel is around 10 to 15 mins walk from the train station. The staffs were friendly and helpful, giving us information about Venice as well as showing us to our room and providing info on the room. Room was cosy and clean and wifi was strong. It is around 20 to 30 mins walk to the San Marco and Rialto bridge but it's a nice walk with beautiful sights. We didn't take the buffet breakfast. We enjoyed our stay.
This is our 3rd time staying in this beautiful apartment, over the last three years. We always get the canal level apartment and for Venice it is very large and a lot of space. Close to everything, all within walking distance. Rialto bridge is minutes away which leads you up an over to San Marco Square. The owners are so quick to respond. Their walking directions are perfect, easy to find. They also have a luggage storage, great for your check in or out day to spend more time in Venice.
The location is amazing, just 2-3 minutes away from the Rialto Bridge and right in the heart of Venice. The breakfast was good with an average variety, in line with other Italian hotels. The staff was very helpful and kind. The room was nice. We did not pay for a street view, so our window was mostly for a bit of light. Nonetheless, the room was for sleeping as we walked all day outside. The room was clean, quite big, and good enough for two. We had a mini-fridge with most necessities.
It’s in a great location right near the Rialto Bridge so very central to all the sites in Venice (especially close to St Mark’s Square). The staff were very welcoming and assisted us greatly with canal tours and a private boat transfers. The room was larger than we expected and the bed and pillows were heavenly. The Commedia’s rooftop bar – it was a hotel highlight and a sanctuary from the crowds down below.
The breakfast was very good, however a little variation would have been welcomed. All four days of my stay, we were served with the same menu. Otherwise the room ( Deluxe one bedroom apartment with view) was excellent with great views from all rooms and the lication if the hotel is right at the foot of the Rialto Bridge.
