Absolutely loved this hotel! Excellent room design and they thought of everything to make their guests feel at home. The 24 hour snack and drinks area were well utilized by us for the 6 nights. Great place to sit for a bit and relax after a trip to the 7ELEVEn around the corner. There was construction across the street and you could barely hear anything in the room. Location was perfect as it was away from the hustle and bustle. Only a 15 mins walk to Nishiki Market. The front desk staff were so pleasant and helpful with arranging the luggage transfer to our next hotel.

We booked the Pokémon room and it was pretty cool. Staff was very helpful and the hotel was it a pretty good location, just a bit of a walk to the shopping and sights.

Overrate price for what you get. You will be stuck in breakfast 2h as it is a la carta menu and the service is extremely slow. Not recommended for families as kids became very hungry during the waiting for food. We had to leave the restaurant 2 of our 5 nights as massive delays in services.
