The staff are fabulous, so friendly kind and knowledgeable. The location was perfect near great , near transportation walkable from many locations and very quiet. The room was spacious and the thing we love most with the wild love that was very inviting to hang out and there was always a snack or drink waiting for you after a long day. This was my favourite hotel. I stayed in Japan on this trip and I would recommend it to anyone.
