Superbly prepared and presented breakfast. Wonderfully helpful staff. Great recommendations for dinner and other traveller needs. Clean and modern rooms, with enough of everything in them. USB ports in bedroom. Nicely located on river, with pleasant vista/ambience.

Beautiful hotel, very comfortable bed, great amenities, modern decor, spacious rooms. Very nice bathroom with a separate bath tub which was definitely a plus. The bar at the reception offers free soft drinks, coffees and tea for the guests which was very nice and handy after long walks. Location was good, short walk to the subway stations, around 15 minutes walk to famous Dotonbori. I would definitely come back.

Good location, very clean, modern and nice room decor. Unfortunately there’s no restaurant inside the hotel. Maybe because there are plenty outside and family mart is just few steps away

Hotel was the nicest we had stayed in on our multi trip. A nice vibe, good breakfast and friendly staff. Shower room was lush and toilet area spacious. I didn't like the frosted glass on the windows in room, it made a very claustrophobic feeling. I get it's not a pleasant view outside, so I guess I see why it's done. It was a decent location to do trips from and you are in the heart of the Osaka and the famous Dotonbori street but i found it a bit full on outside the hotel and the streets around. But was good to experience. And the jazz bar opposite was a real treat. We had a great night in there!

Everything! The location was perfect — close to Dotonbori and train lines, yet peaceful. The room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped. What stood out most was the incredibly helpful staff. They went the extra mile with transport advice and even assisted with our luggage. A comfortable and welcoming stay all around!
