Rooms had a balcony which was great to cool down to hot temperatures in the room. Staff does their best to provide excellent service but are limited by rules. Location is perfect inside a mall at Yokohama bay. Close to cruise terminals.

Overlooking view from the hotel room was an added attraction of the hotel. The room is big, clean and it has nice bathtub. The room style is modern.

    The property is walking distance to Kannai train station and the metro, as well as bus routes that run past Yokohama Stadium. The staff were welcoming and helpful, and allowed us to check in early when our room was ready. The property was clean, warm, comfortable, and spacious for a hotel in Japan. We loved the public sento. It was meticulously clean and there was lots of room.

    Excellent location, with direct access to the station, a short walk to the harbor and Yokohama stadium and around 10 minutes from Chinatown. Modern, clean and comfortable room with all amenities provided. We also booked a cot for our infant and it was set up for our arrival. Check in and out process was smooth and staff were very friendly.

    Location, staff very friendly and helpful and organised our taxi to take us to the international cruise terminal. Near Chinatown so lots to see. Plenty of convenience stores and cafes nearby, mini Lawson on the first level. Yokohama stadium and park across the street but didn't hear the baseball game although big crowd. Subway and JR station walking distance

    Great location, very clean, all the facilities you can think of. All rooms are on the top 5 levels of the building so there are great views of Yokohama city, the bay, ferris wheel, Yokohama Stadium etc. Has restaurants, supermarket, and subway right on ground level.

    It's the best place I have stayed so far in Japan, clean, good location, staff is very helpful even if they don't speak a lot of english. I am staying at an APA hostel in Tokyo right now and I don't feel the same comfort I had at Tabist Mayudama Cabin. Near the Kannai Jr station, Yokohama stadium. The only you can have will be with customers, but not with staff work.

    The price is great for a place to sleep. The location is close to China town and Yokohama stadium. I went to a baseball game there so it was great as it was only 280m from the stadium. Also, parking was free. ((Must request parking as they only have 4 spots.)
