would gladly award the JW Marriott Nairobi a perfect score of 20 stars if it were possible! Every member of the staff I interacted with demonstrated a remarkable level of professionalism, politeness, and courtesy, consistently going above and beyond to ensure that my stay was nothing short of exceptional. I would like to extend my heartfelt gratitude to Caroline, Chris, and the manager in the executive lounge (whose name I regretfully cannot recall, but it starts with a P), as well as Charles by the pool, Eunice at the front desk, and the bellman Lewis. A special thanks is also due to the concierge for arranging a fantastic trip to the national park, the elephant sanctuary, and the giraffe center, which was made even more memorable by our wonderful tour guide, John. Additionally, the 90-minute massage at the spa was a delightful experience that added to the overall enjoyment of my stay. Having visited numerous hotels, I can confidently say that this was the best experience I have ever had, as every staff member treated me like family. I am already looking forward to my next visit to the JW Marriott.

This was our second stay at Palacina, for good reasons. We love how secluded the location is, as soon as you enter the property it’s serene, stylish, cosy, and a very friendly atmosphere. Food is great, kids love the swimming pool, rooms are clean and comfortable, hotel is not crowded, and staff and service is excellent.
