It was a great location and even though it was the middle of a busy area it was so quiet in the room. The room was really spacious and it had great amenities replenished daily even a free minibar. The staff were really friendly and helpful with getting us a taxi to the airport and looking after our luggage all day and loved the bath

The location is amazing, right next door to the Lotte department store and across from Myeongdong markets. The room had a nice view and was very comfortable. Staff were lovely and accommodating. Beautiful hotel which made for a great experience in Seoul. We stayed in several hotels in South Korea and this one was by far the best.

The room service menu was exceptional. While the location of the hotel isn't ideal (lots of stairs) the room was quiet and the service was friendly.
