Outstanding in every way. Perfect location and extremely comfortable but the staff are what really make this hotel one of the best we have ever experienced. They are the kindest and most courteous we have had the good fortune to meet and we cannot speak too highly of them although special thanks must go to Brahim and Riab who went out of their way on every occasion to make us welcome.

Surrounded by a large garden with an outdoor pool, Hôtel Dar Rhizlane is located in L’Hivernage, Marrakesh, 2 km from Jamaâ El Fna Square. It boasts a spa.

This place is small in scake but big in everything. Staff suoerb, food superb, beds superb, pool and gardens superb. I wish every hotel I stay at were as good as this.

Located in Marrakech, less than 1 km from Marrakesh Train Station, Fashion Boutique Hotel has a number of amenities including a terrace, a restaurant and a bar.

This was our first time in Marrakech and we were so pleased we stayed in Fashion boutique hotel rather than a Riad. The hotel was in a very good area and taxi to Medina was only 5 mins away. The food in the roof top bar and restaurant was the best we have eaten. Fresh breakfasts excellent. Staff so helpful. Including reception and restaurant staff. We did walk to the main station which was 5 mins from hotel and caught train to CasaBlanca which was fast train but worth the effort but glad to be back in Marrakech hotel. The bedroom was spacious and very clean with kettle and fridge. The best hotel.

Overpriced and Overhyped – Wouldn’t Recommend Petsana CR7 Marrakech I stayed at Petsana CR7 Marrakech expecting a high-end experience, but it turned out to be one of the most disappointing hotel stays I’ve had. First of all, the service is incredibly stingy. I asked twice for water and got IGNORED and then when I insisted I was told they only provide one bottle on the first day — and that’s it. No daily refills, no hospitality. I also asked for a soap bar and was told they don’t have any. Same with cotton pads, cotton swabs, dental kit and even a loofah — nothing. For a hotel that brands itself as luxury, that’s just unacceptable. The room itself was poorly maintained. The toilet paper holder was falling out of the wall, and the curtains were literally falling down. It looked like a rushed, careless setup with no attention to detail (see photos). And don’t expect a good night’s sleep — there’s absolutely no soundproofing. You can clearly hear people talking and music from the cafés nearby. It felt like I was trying to sleep on a sidewalk. It’s clear this hotel is relying heavily on the CR7 name and not on actual quality or guest satisfaction. I regret booking here and definitely wouldn’t stay again unless major improvements are made.

At Marrakech’s main square, the craziness is all part of the fun. Head down in the evening for the legendary night market, where vans cook up fragrant local delicacies, mystical magicians perform tricks and vendors compete for your coinage. It’s a true Marrakech institution – once you’re in the right frame of mind, it’s highly enjoyable.

    Avoid food stall 65. Complete scam. They charged us over £100 for 4 simple meals and take you away to an intimidating man to make the payment. The bill bears no resemblance to the menu prices. They seem to charge per item. Absolute fraudsters. I’d stick to the restaurants. Cafe Zaitoun was brilliant.

    Best time to visit for us was at night - full of musicians sitting amidst small groups enjoying singing and music. nice atmosphere, seemed to be all about locals just enjoying their evening with friends listening to music,eating and playing some traditional fairground style games. We didn't see any snake charmers or monkeys on chains which was good and why we avoided Djemma El Fna during the day.

    Daytime for snake-charmers, monkeys etc (general advice is not to encourage as animals are not treated well), nighttime for street food, music, games of chance. Famous for pick-pockets but none of pur group of 9 had any problems in multiple visits.

    So cool and such an experience.

    So cool and such an experience. We stayed right outside in within the Medina. Don't partake in the snake charmers or the monkey handlers most of it is a scam. Lastly watch out for Mopeds and other forms of transportation they move fast.

    a must when you're there - I would think it would be quite impossible to miss this when you visit marrakech, but just incase - don’t! Eat dinner there one night - every place is basically the same, I suggest going somewhere that a lot of people are since that typically indicates that it will be at least decent.

    My favorite square!

    My favorite square! Happening place in late afternoon to midnight with bustling vendors and snake entertainment. Don’t take pic of snake or you will be asked to pay. Nice rooftop restaurants to enjoy the view.

    My husband and I had an amazing stay at Riad Diamond in Marrakech. The hotel is in a very convenient location, just 2 minutes away from Djemaa El Fna. The cleanliness was excellent, the staff was extremely polite and helpful, and the breakfast was fantastic, especially the mint tea. We experienced the famous royal hammam at the spa, which was a unique and enjoyable experience. We also really liked the soaps they use, and the scent of essential oils in the corridors was delightful. The design of the hotel is beautifully alluring.
