The hotel was nice - good location and price. Everyone was very friendly- it was comfortable and the food was good. This is not the hotels fault, but Casablanca is not a city I would visit again. We felt very unsafe as kids were constantly following us trying to take our stuff. I’ve also never been yelled at with vulgar language so much in my life - it was pretty upsetting (again kids not adults) but the parents just let it happen. If anyone ever asks my opinion, I will tell them it’s not worth the visit, even if it is a beautiful city…very disappointed…

    This is an amazing mosque and the 3rd largest mosque in the world; the building is an amazing piece of art and wonder. this is a MUST visit place for any traveler to Casablanca. there are tour guides available in many languages that would explain this wonder building.

    Can go there as a solo visitor but better if you book a local guide that can introduce you to the architectural details of the mosque, the history of its construction, the non visible aspects of the amazing work. For a non Muslim, the guide will also answer your questions about the rituals, ways of doing, etc..

    The staff is wonderful, breakfast service is lovely. The rooms are clean and appropriately appointed. The location is perfect for wandering around the city. We used the map App on my phone and walked to the Hassan II Mosque in 20mins. The Souk Medina market is a 10min walk. The Marche Central is a 5min walk. Casablanca has a magical winding system of back roads, just off the main strip that is a must travel route if your city walker. Taxis service is right outside the hotel 24/7, so you can get transport anywhere very easily.

    This is an upscale Hyatt located right across the street from one area of the medina in Casablanca. The hotel is attractive and very secure. All the staff were very helpful and most spoke English well. The pool and fitness facilities are very good. The concierge arranged for private car transfer to the airport (45 minute drive). The room was average size and comfortable. The included breakfast was excellent. We enjoyed the view to the ocean and the Hassan II mosque.

    The host was accommodating and made it easy to communicate via WhatsApp, which is a plus. A driver was arranged to pick us up, drop us off, and let us into the apartment. The view is probably one of the best in Casablanca. The apartment is huge. The balcony is enormous as well. The location is close to the mall, restaurants, and boardwalk; you can hear the waves in the bedroom if you want; if you shut all the windows, it is tranquil. The Hassan II Mosque is nearby, as are some other tourist attractions. The area is very walkable.

    Amazing staff. Very nice apartment with living-room, separate kitchen and room as well. Good bathroom. The neighborhood (Bourgogne) is a very local one, so you can get to see the normal life of Casablanca’s people (markets, etc.), while only 1k away of Hassan II Mosque or 1.5 to Gauthier. The breakfast served at Rossini Cafe downstairs is very complete and tasty (and the wide time to have it from 8 to 12 is great, specially on weekends). I strongly recommend and will definetely be back when in Casa.

    Recommended to everone! Great location, clean apartment with equipment. Beautiful view on ocean and Hassan II Mosque, plus you can go to terrace on top of the building to have a view on whole Casablanca. The host is the nicest and most hospitable person ever! We were so late to check in and he still waited for us, showed us our apartment and told us all about the city, and recommended restaurants and touristic attractions. Had great stay, and for sure will be back with all my family in future!

    The location was good. It is next to the Casablanca corniche and about a 14-minute walk along the corniche to the top attraction in the city - the Hassan II mosque. Our 9th floor apartment had awesome views of the ocean. Wonderful! Also the apartment is only a few minutes walk away from the famous Rick's Cafe and a nearby mall. The main staff person I was in regular contact with via WhataApp - Boujemaa El Ouinkhir - was excellent. He was easy to communicate with and was always just a message away.

    I had a wonderful experience at Kenzi Tower Hotel in Casablanca. The room was clean, comfortable, and offered a stunning view of the Hassan II Mosque. The staff were exceptionally courteous and the valet service was very convenient. The spa is a bit dated but functional. Located in the heart of Maarif, the hotel is perfectly positioned for shopping and dining. Highly recommend for a pleasant stay!

    The place was roomy because it was the whole apartment and there were only 2 of us. The place was clean where it mattered: fresh sheets, clean bathrooms and kitchen. Can't beat the location as it was quick 5-minute walk to Hassan II Mosque, which is the #1 attraction in Casablanca. It was also about 12-minute walk to Rick's Cafe (of the movie Casablanca fame). The price was right too! A good value for the money.
