The staff was fantastic, so polite, always helpful (even with things like printing the documents or changing the money). Also they give you water, tea or coffee, I enjoyed it so much. The rooms are nice, clean so as the bathrooms. For the breakfast you may choose plenty of different options to eat. The view is very good, and the location is simply ideal - we never even used taxi or a tram, everything can be easily reached on foot, from the Medina and the Hassan Tower, and the Royal palace, and up to the Botanical garden. The room itself is good enough, and certainly a very good value for the money. Room was really good, it had two individual comfy beds, a desk, small fridge, a TV and a closet with a safe and my room had a small but nice balcony. The bathroom was also good, big towels and the usual bathroom amenities like soap, shampoo… Staff was really nice and helpful. Also walking distance to most of the major monuments like the Oudayas and Hassan tower. There is a public underground car park right outside the old city walls which is a 10 min walk on the flat through the market to get to the riad.
