Location, near Junction Center (a supermarket) the vibes of the area the sidewalk market, and peaceful area. The staff was great so polite, kind, and respectful and the service was superb. The room exceeds my expectations spacious, and luxurious, and smells fresh and clean. The Pier Bar in the rooftop, its an open air with a great city and pier view. I will come back again and I highly recommend The Rangoon Hotel a place to stay in Yangon.

Truly amazing…way beyond what we expected. The hotel was beautiful, rooms were comfortable and the staff was fabulous. Location was great and the pool was a treat!

The staff at Mercure Yangon Kaba Aye were exceptionally friendly, helpful, and polite, making my stay very pleasant. The room was spacious and clean, which was a definite plus. The hotel's location, while not central, is conveniently situated on a main road in Yangon, with a community mall just a 5-minute walk away, offering various dining options.

I pay 110usd plus 60 usd for extra bed but the room air conditioning is not work properly I ask to repair and the staff come look not able to repair they just say it is ok and very very hot at night cannot not sleep well . The other things is go to restaurant at first floor for dinner and have a very bad experience during our time at restaurant there is only one table in the whole restaurant the food order took more than one and half hours cannot believe not even a single people eating at the restaurant don’t know why take that long very very bad experience for me complain to the staff they don’t take any action
