Booked a one bedroom suite and got upgraded to Deluxe. Get a deluxe if you can as the extra walk-in wardrobe space was really useful to store all your luggage and stuff, and to get ready with all your belongings at hand. Loved the furnishings and decor. Very classy. The downside is a lack of view from the windows. Mine looked into another apartment opposite the hotel. No privacy and no views. Filtered water in the pantry. Washer/dryer worked fine. Bed was large and comfy. Staff were super friendly and couldn’t do more to assist. Reception staff is professional, on the ball and jumped to attention whenever we needed something.

We had an amazing stay at Grand Hyatt Kuala Lumpur! The location is perfect—right in the heart of the city, with everything just a short walk or ride away. Breakfast was a real highlight with a huge variety of high-quality options, both local and international. Highly recommend!

Excellent. Rooms well designed, staff fantastic and breakfast by far the best I’ve had anywhere. Definitely book again.
