Situated next to KLCC Suria mall, this hotel is in a perfect location for the twin towers, high end shopping, some very fancy bars. They provide an excellent breakfast with a huge variety of local and western options - the Roti station was a highlight! The staff were all great, especially the staff at the main door, very friendly and would go above and beyond in remembering names and when giving directions to places they would walk you out and ensure you started off in the best way possible. The pool is beautiful.

The Twin Towers get a lot of attention from tourists as a photo op, and at night it can be more so of an icon in KL than it isduring the day, but the life below the towers in the Mall and gardens is equally as impressive. Plan on a day n to just walk around looking, then come back several times to eat and shop, you will not be dissapounted.

After going up KL tower this experience was a disappointment. Obviously a more by popular tour as we were herded along and squeezed into various lifts. Told to stand here or sit there. Could of done with a proper guide at that price we had to pay, who would answer questions…rather than reading walls or watching videos..

I think we are a bit biased coming from a big city ourselves where skyscrapers are normal but the self guided tour is disappointing. Of course the views are wonderful and the architecture and engineering are the highlights of the experience. Book early on the official websas the tour time slots fill up quickly, especially in the evenings.

This place is great, don't forget to bring comfy clothes especially when taking photos outside during the day. Weather is a bit humid. During rainy days, bring your umbrella. Perfect place to take photos and chill. Chillaxed.

Polite and attentive reception staff. Accessible location, near Petronas Twin Towers. The room is a good value for money, spacious and clean. Nice city view from our room.
Perfectly located in the heart of Kuala Lumpur, close to the Petronas Twin Towers and KLCC Park.
Public transport and convenience store around the corner.
Street food vendors and restaurants also nearby and in the same building.
5 bonus stars for the room service guy.
Very comfortable bed, great view from the window (we could see Petronas Twin Towers and Menara Kuala Lumpur), well-equipped bathroom, everything was super clean. The breakfast had excellent choices of food, suitable both for meat lovers and vegetarians, everything was very tasty. WiFi was working well. On the roof there was a bar and a pool, both with spectacular views. The staff members were friendly, check-in and check-out went smoothly. If I ever again in Kuala Lumpur, then this hotel will be my first choice.
The hotel was well appointed, the staff is nice and helpful, free shuttle to the local shopping malls, Petronas Twin Towers are walking distance. Concierge was helpful with booking a city tour.
very clean and spacious apartment. beautiful view overlooking a sports ground. can see the Petronas twin towers and KL tower in a distance.
also check in and check out very fast and convenient.
