The luxurious 5-star Grand Hyatt Kuala Lumpur is located just next to the Kuala Lumpur Convention Centre (KLCC).

I really love this hotel. The room is beautifully and cleverly set up, the location is prime and well connected to KLCC Park, Petronas Towers, Bukit Bintang, Jalan Alor and Pavilion. Concierge, front desks and door staff are polite, professional and very friendly. The only issue I had was with housekeeping who entirely skipped my room after my first night so despite me being out all day, my room was not cleaned or made up by 4:30PM when I returned, no replenished water and the trash had not been emptied. When I called to let concierge know and to ask for more water, they didn’t seem that shocked by it. A small thing but I expected more attention from such a good hotel.

Perfect location, stunning architecture and best of all is the customer service. Everyone from valet, waiter, room service and management are a credit and made this stay very comfortable and welcoming. I will rebook without hesitation.

    We were literally across the street from Suria KLCC, as soon you take the elevator to ground floor, you can already see the Petronas Twin Towers. Absolutely amazing location with a 7-11 downstairs. For the quality of the unit we got, we believe we scammed the hosts! The prices are insanely good value.

    The apartment is located between Petronas Towers/Suria KLCC and Pavilion/Bukit Bintang — a very convenient location, about a 10–15 minute walk via the air-conditioned pedestrian walkway. It has good, stable Wi-Fi and is situated on a high floor (around the 30th), offering a nice view of KLCC Park. The unit includes a washer and dryer, and a quality water filter with both hot and cold taps. There’s a well-equipped gym, but access requires an additional fee. Elevators are fast and there are no queues.

    Our family of five stayed at Sky Suites KLCC, and while the apartment had potential, our experience was mixed. On the positive side, the view of the Twin Towers from the apartment was stunning, especially at night. The walking distance to Suria KLCC was a major reason for booking, and it proved to be a great convenience. Additionally, the layout was spacious, the AC worked well, and the kitchen was functional, making it a suitable option for a family stay.

    Nice, clean, and very convenient location. Just 5 minutes walking distance to the Twin towers Suria KLCC, which means great access to shopping malls, restaurants, supermarkets.     The location - very near to Suria KLCC, 7E, CU, McD, and walkable to Pavillion ( with my 2, 8 and 9 yrs old kids) Safety - only people with pass card can get thru the property gate. My room was upgraded and it was facing KLCC The room was super clean and soundproof. Wheelchair friendly - my dad with wheelchair accompany us and we didnt have issue to reach our room/apartment. Thanks to the staff for helping and guide us to park our car.

    The location of the hotel was exceptional. KLCC park was only a short walk away, as was Suria KLCC and a well placed LRT/MRT station. You could also walk quickly to Pavillion/Bukit Bintang and all the shops ans restaurants there. The hotel was clean, the facilties excellent and the rooms was spectacular. It was a large, well-furnished and the beds were extremely comfortable.

    Our stay was amazing. The location was perfect - everything at your doorstep within walking distance & Petronas is literally right next to it, along with Suria KLCC, KLCC park, Avenue K, Marini's, and a lot of restaurants. Staff service was also excellent - especially to Hafiz at the reception who made us feel welcome right at the start. Breakfast buffet has a variety of tasty selections. Definitely the best hotel in KL.
