The location and the design of the room and the staff were great. Espeacially this was our first time to live in a room which was just facing to the street! The room is clean and nice, a good choice for two to live.

Decent but way overpriced. This is Utrecht, not London or New York. Breakfast was OK but the boiled eggs were rock solid and looked like they had been cooked the night before. When you see a notice with "busy" times for breakfast, you know it is going to be a zoo. The food and drink area is way too small for one line..Room not very large.

Everything was perfect, best staff I have ever encountered, from the beginning till the end. The only small thing I would prefer was bigger windows as I prefer air over AC. But given the building, it's understandable why it's not possible. Beds are amazing!

Great location. Very easy walk from train station through the shopping mall. Walking distance to all main attractions. Breakfast was excellent. Room was comfortable. Great shower.

Great location, nice personal, very comfortable bed, large stylish room, quiet. Dry and wet sauna is a great bonus after a long day.
