Had a pleasant and comfortable stay. The room was clean and cozy, and the location is excellent - right in the heart of the Araneta city with easy access to shopping malls and eateries. Check-in and check-out were quick and hassle-free. The staff at the lobby, front office, pool, housekeeping (super fast with our request) and staff at strEATs - they were all exceptionally friendly. They always greeting us with a smile and offering helpful service throughout our stay. One area for improvement would be the breakfast at STREATS. While the spread was decent, there were limited vegetarian options and not many seafood choices. A wider variety would definitely enhance the dining experience.

Impressive facilities and responsive staff. Had serious problem ordering room service. Phone always busy and never answered! Had to get dressed and go down to front desk to order. This was a Major inconvenience!
