Very centrally located. Very close to everywhere and everything. With most european hotels cutting off their A/C in the spring, this hotel A/C is operating. Great when you are use to sleeping with A/C no matter what the season is. Highly recommend this hotel.

Well. We were put in a tiny room overlooking what we were told was a quiet courtyard: It was, infact, facing a brick wall. Little natural light coming in. Cramped, dull, tiny room. Bed wasn’t made up and two staff came in to make up bed when we arrived. Tiny wardrobe with only 6 hangers. Shower room was ok and clean towels provided. Plus side: Bed was comfortable and air con worked. Pillows were awful. We weren’t given tea or coffee after first day, which is not good given there’s a fancy coffee maker in the room. We did asked and were refused. Every other hotel we have ever stayed in provides tea and coffee replacement each day. Staff disinterested. We didn’t have breakfast but they tried to charge us for breakfast when we left.
Location was good but we will not stay in this hotel again and don’t recommend it to travellers. There are far better hotels in the area with breakfast included and better rooms and facilities Not value for money apart from comfortable bed, clean bathroom and good location. Far too expensive.

The Market Square is an absolute must to visit.
The Market Square is an absolute must to visit. Once inside the square there are multiple churches and even chapels with their own unique history. There is a wide range or restaurants surrounding the entire perimeter of he town square. Before you decide on anyone restaurant, take a quick walking tour of the offerings and even how many people are sitting at any one location, before you decide on your final choice. Stayed there 4 days and chose different restaurants each time. There was no restaurant with bad food, but most were above average.

One of the biggest and nicest central market squares I visited in many countries and towns. One day it's probably not enough for stepping into historic sites and curches, for shopping and for relaxing in one of the many restaurants around.

Location: This stately hotel is located within the city walls of the Stare Miasto-a block and a half away from St. Florian’s gate, 2 blocks from the Small Market Square and 3 blocks from the Main Market Square. It was 3 blocks from the train station.
Amenities:We stayed in the Penthouse Apartment- although a third floor walk-up, it was worth the trek. The apartment was spacious, nicely furnished (full kitchen, washer, dishwasher) smart TV. It made a 5 day stay in Kraków feel like we had come home.
The apartment is located in a new building, in Kazimierz, Krakow’s historic Jewish quarter. It includes underground parking and a small, but very nice terrace.
On the street is a light traffic, making it pretty quiet.
Being part of Jewish Quarter, allows you to acces by foot main touristic attractions of Krakow (Main Market Square, Wawel Castle, Jewish Synagogues, etc).
